今天一開始，老師再次派發紙張，這次問了5條問題：
1.2010ISBD review group的中國籍委員是誰？
中國籍委員是顧犇（ben gu)來自national library of china。

4.何謂正題名?

The title proper is the first element of the area even when it is preceded on the prescribed source of information by statements of responsibility, edition statements, series statements, publication/distribution statements, date, price or other matter that is not title proper information

5. 何謂著者敘述?
A statement of responsibility consists of one or more names, phrases, or groups of characters relating to

the identification and/or function of any persons or corporate bodies responsible for or contributing to the

creation or realisation of the intellectual or artistic content of a work contained in the resource described.

有部分題目之前的測驗有出現，所以印象是深刻的，依著上次的筆記和上課的講義找到答案。這次老師給我們可以下星期再交回。
今天上課主要講述MARC機讀的內容。MARC是給機器看的編目。每個國家都有自己的機目模式（MARC)。而中國與台灣的編目程式是相同的，臺灣是從1981才開始改變用marc21。Unimac是用來將資料從A圖書館轉換到B的圖書館所用的編目程式。而第一個marc是由美國圖書館協會所制定的，名為bibliographic。

最早的marc是在1966年出現，而現在只有marc21，己經沒有unimarc了。

今天，老師一開始給了一張紙，出了兩個題目：

Ans.:ISBD主要的目標是明定全球相容的敘述書目記錄, 幫助國家書目機構在國際間互相交換書目記錄。
藉由規範著錄的細目、順序、標點符號, 期望達成三個目標: 
a)不同來源的書目資料, 得以互相交換, 甲國的書目資料可以輕易的被乙國的圖書館接受; 
b)跨越語文障礙, 即使不認識該語文, 仍可識得其記錄的內容;
c)協助轉換傳統形式的書目記錄為電子形式的書目記錄。

這突然間的小測驗讓我有點小驚嚇，但幸好之前老師有在課堂上說過，也有在筆記標記了，所以很快就能找出答案。

上課內容：

IFLA成立ISBD修訂委員會, 於1981年正式規畫, 定期審視及修訂圖書、連續性出版品、靜畫資料及非書資料等ISBD。
該委員會有三個主要目標: (1)協調各ISBD, 增加其一致性;
 (2)改進例子; 
(3)加強對非羅馬語系的編目員的支持。
當年的短期目標是: (a)檢視等號的使用方法;
(b)考慮國際音樂圖書館員學會對ISBD(NBM)的需求。至1980年代底, 以上兩個短期目標都已達成。

而英文版ISBD的目標
the ISBD aims:

書名與題目機器是看不慬差別的，所以MARC要用245這個編號來告訴機器說這是正題名

何謂正題名？

何謂statement of responsibilty ?

這堂課開始了新的課程﹣ISBD（International Standard Bibliographic Description)以ISBD的總則來說明。

ISBD是由國際圖書館學會聯盟的編目委員會(IFLA Committee on Cataloguing)負責，來規範書目著錄的形式及內容（目的）。

在1971年，出版了第一個國際書目著錄標準 International Standard Bibliographic Description for Monographic Publications, ISBD(M），在1974年代替了1971年的版本是第一個標準版。

ISBD的細目如下：1. 題名及著者敘述項
                                2. 版本項
                                3. 資料(或資源類型)特殊細節項
                                4. 出版項
                                5. 稽核項
                                6. 集叢項
                                7. 附註項
                                8.標準號碼及其他必要記載項
 ISBD的細目是跟AACR2的細目是一樣的

ISBD的目標：
分別為三個主要目標，二個短期目標
三個主要目標：（1）協調各ISBD, 增加其一致性
                           （2）改進例子
                      （3）加強對非羅馬語系的編目員的支持
二個當年的短期目標：（1）檢視等號的使用方法

而短期目標已於1980年底完成。

06/10資組心得

這是考前一週，在教室上課。今天主要說方括號的作用和用在哪裡。每個國家都有自己的編目，而台灣則是用中國編目與AACR2。

首先看他的著目來源，有分主要著錄來源和指定著錄來源，這兩個著錄來源有關係但不是相同的。每一章首均列出該資料之主要著錄來源，以供優先採擇著錄。每一著錄項目有其指
定著錄來源，非得自指定著錄來源者，加方括弧。在2.02.2 提到，指定著錄來源主要是書名頁，沒有就用資料最齊全者來代替書名頁，古代的裝訂跟現在的裝訂是不同，所以擺放的方式都不1同。而1.7.1提到， 正題名來源  題名取自封面，凡替代書名頁為主要著錄來源者，視同書名頁。因為佢是替代書名頁為主要著錄來源者，視同書名頁，作者會放到 [  ]。而附註項，標準號碼及其他必要記載項不會加[   ]。如果資料來源不是來自書名頁，就要加方括號。

而主要著錄來源，圖書之主要著錄來源為書名頁，若無書名頁，則參考版權頁、封面、書背、卷端、簡略書名頁及逐頁書名等，以載有最完備之著錄資料者替代之，並將來源記於附註項，凡替代書名頁為主要著錄來源者，視同書名頁。

第一，二著錄層次的細目都是要跟中國編目規則第二章圖書來編目。第一章總則是通稱的，有些項目是跟第二章有所不同。以第二章的細目為主，例如：第一章的數量，在第工章是寫面（葉）數、冊數或其他單位，就依照第二章的細目來編目。

心得：
今天在5a上課。老師要我們用上課的課本以中國編目與AACR2來編目，要編7本書本。由於之前做得不夠詳細，我覺得這次的作業比上次更為詳細，我在這次的編目中有增加了書本的資料顯示類型，高廣，取得方式等。我沒有改之前的作業，而是把我現在覺得要加進編目內的資料放在這次的作業。之前是以書內的國家圖書館的編目來做，這次我主要是用國家圖書館編目的下面的資料來進行編目。而且我也在課堂上下載了AACR2和中國編目規則。
